Refund policy

At Bondi Flex, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
• Unworn, unwashed items
• Items in original packaging
• Items with all tags attached

Due to hygiene reasons, men’s underwear cannot be returned once worn or tried on.
If the product is unused and sealed, we’re happy to assist.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will replace the item or provide a refund.

Please include:
• Order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–10 business days to process depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:
• Wrong size
• Unopened & unused products only

If the item has been worn or tried on, we cannot exchange it for hygiene reasons.


5. Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns, items must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Final Sale Items

Sale items, promotional items, and discounted products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
