Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Within Australia

We offer the following options:

Standard Shipping
• 2–6 business days
• Flat rate or free shipping (depending on promotions)

Express Shipping
• 1–3 business days
• Additional fee applies

Delivery times may vary based on location and courier conditions.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

Customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Shipping Delays

Bondi Flex is not responsible for delays caused by:

6. Incorrect Address

If the wrong address is provided at checkout, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees.


7. Lost or Missing Packages
